We ship via UPS exclusively. At checkout you may choose UPS Ground, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. Ship Times are based are based on transit time with the carrier once shipped and do not include your package processing time at our facility.
We ship orders Same Day when placed before 12pm CST, or the following day when placed after 12pm CST Monday-Friday **Excluding Holidays
Orders placed Friday after 12pm CST- Sunday ship Monday.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $250.
Also available: 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, FedEx Overnight Priority, and FedEx Overnight Standard.
What If I have A Missing/Lost Package?
Please file a claim for a missing, delayed, or lost package from your tracking link page emailed to you.
Message us via the chat box on the bottom left of your screen within 48 hours of expected deliver to request a replacement.

I Can't Find My Tracking Link
Tracking link emails are automatically sent from our system and sometimes lank in the spam/junk folder. Check there first, and move them to your inbox so it doesn't happen on future orders!

Our team is happy to look up your order and get you the proper information.
Email address typos, duplicate accounts, or orders placed through another distributor are common factors when someone is missing a confirmation email.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We are happy to refund/exchange any product that is returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase, unopened in it's original packaging.
Please reach out via our chat box on the bottom left of your screen to request a return, and we will email a return shipping label. Refunds are issued upon inspection at our warehouse.
Can I Exchange Something?
Yes, we take exchanges on unopened, unused items in their original packaging and original condition.
Reach out via our chat box on the bottom left of your screen to request an exchange. A shipping label will be emailed to you, and exchanged item will ship once the item has been scanned into the carrier facility.
If your requested exchange item costs more that your original item, you will be invoiced for the difference. Payment is required before exchanged item ships.
