The lift lotion can require as little as only 2-3mins on thin to fine hair and depending on the lash strength up to 10 minutes (though it is advised not to exceed 6 minutes on first-time clients).
The second step to the service is the neutralizer (setting lotion), which requires up to 5 minutes (in some cases as little as 2-3 mins also, depending on the strength of the hair).
