We are happy to refund/exchange any product that is returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase, unopened in it's original packaging. For defective product please contact us directly by phone or email. Do not return product to manufacture. 1. What if I'm unsatisfied with my order?

We offer 100% refund back or replacement order sent guarantee if you find any defects or any other issues (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. Contact us for a return label on damage/defected products.

2. How can I return my order?

We will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Typically, it takes about 5-20 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Typically, it will take about 5 - 20 Business Days for for you to receive your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). If you still have not received your refund after 20 days, please contact us directly by phone (630.947.9996) or email ( We will personally look into your account to confirm your refund was processed and check the status.

4. How long does it take to receive my package?

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped out from our warehouse within 24 hours of purchasing (typically sooner!) Depending on what shipping option you choose at check out & where you are located in the country, orders can be received anywhere from 2-15 days after purchasing. Packages are shipped on Business Day Monday - Friday. Shipping times are calculated as such : 24 hour processing time plus your chosen shipping time. We ship with UPS exclusivly for reliability and require a signature on orders over $500.

Check your email for information on tracking once shipped - don't forget to check spam folder as well!

5. Help! I have not received my package!

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an email, call or text and we will investigate the matter immediately. We send out replacement packages up to a certain dollar amount one time only and require a signature for future orders. Contact us at | 224.802.1364

6. What forms of payment do you take?

Currently, we accept PayPal and all major Credit/Debit card payment through Shopify Payments for all orders as well as Shop Pay installments.
