Crystal G. Pavlides is a licensed Esthetician, Master Lash Artist, Wife, Mother (two children and three fur babies) and entrepreneur owning one of the finest eyelash extension studios in Rhode Island, Sleeping Beauty Aesthetics.

​With over a decade of experience dedicated to the lash industry, she is multi-certified in Classic, Weightless Classic, Volume, Mega-Volume, Russian Volume, Art & Styling and Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Lamination and Brow Henna by national and international lash masters. A sought after lash artist that celebrities and brides have traveled from afar to have their lashes done by her!

​Crystal has found her passion rooted in her own continuing education and the love she has of sharing it as an Educator. Understanding that each individual learns differently, she excels at taking her time to ensure students find what works for them.

As an educator, growing and empowering artists and training students enables her to “send the elevator back down”. Ensuring her students are well versed, confident, practicing safe protocols, and up to date on the ever evolving trends in the lash industry.

Renee is a licensed and practicing Master Esthetics Instructor, Cosmetology Instructor and a Gubernatorial Esthetics appointee to the Virginia Board of Barbers and Cosmetology.

Renee has had a long career specializing in Esthetics, performing facials for nobility and diplomats in the Metropolitan Washington DC area for over 20 years. Among her talents, Renee has the ability to simplify complex skincare related issues into understandable and relatable segments of information.

Renee states that meeting Elleebana lash lift products was love at first lift! Gone were all of the issues with Lash perming from the old days! Renee first experienced lash curling in the early 1990’s during her time as an Esthetician in Texas. In her opinion, the generic lash perming was tedious and the results were unpredictable. Training FAQ's

how do online courses work?

After purchasing, you will receive an email from your Certified Elleebana Trainer requesting a copy of your license, and all the details that pertain to the course you chose! Your trainer will activate your online portal which can take up to 36 hours. Once its live, you will schedule a zoom session with your trainer where they will familiarize you will all of your course materials and modules. Once you've completed the online course material you will need to submit 5 before/after case studies to your trainer for final approval, discussion and feedback!

Can students take your courses?

Yes! We love to have students in our course classes! Start your career off right with the professional certifications needed to take you to the next level.

If you are a student and have not received your professional license, your trainer will hold your certificate until you are able to submit a copy of your license to them.

What can I expect day of my hands on course?

Your experience may vary depending on which course you've chosen, as well as which educator you are with. A typical day may start with classroom theory, a demo from your instructor, and a break for lunch followed by two hands on models. Most courses are between 6-7 hours.

Can we host a group training at our Spa/salon?

YES! We coordinate group training certifications for you and your staff.
